Buzz Ghiz
PresidentBuzz is the president and owner of
Paramount, which has been in business since 1964. Buzz also co-owned
and served as President of Paddock Pools and Spas in Scottsdale,
Arizona. Prior to its sale in 2005 Paddock had become one of the
largest independently owned and operated pool, spa, and retail companies
in the industry. Paddock did residential and commercial pool design and
construction, did renovation and service work and operated 15 retail
Pool, Spa and Patio retail stores throughout the greater
Phoenix/Scottsdale and Las Vegas Nevada areas.

Louis
Prioreschi
General ManagerLou has been the general manager since the summer
of 1998. Lou has worked with Buzz both as a Paddock staff member and a
paramount Staff member since 1990. Lou’s experience in the pool business
spans over 33 years. Lou has worked in all facets of the industry
including manufacturing service distribution, construction and in retail
- both in sales and operations.

Bill Burt
Director of Sales and MarketingBill has held this position since 2001.
He oversees both Domestic and International Sales. Prior to that Bill
served for 9 years as V.P of Sales for Paddock Pools and Spas in
Scottsdale Arizona. Before entering the Pool Industry Bill held
senior sales management positions in the medical device and office
automation industries.

Ryan Linnen
ControllerController for Paramount Pool and Spa Systems. Ryan has managed all accounting, finance, human
resource, and payroll duties within the organization since May of 2003. Prior to taking
the position at Paramount, Ryan was a Senior Audit Associate at Eide
Bailly LLP, a regional full service accounting, tax and consulting
firm. During his 3 years at Eide Bailly, Ryan managed audit engagements
for a variety of clients in various industries - including Paramount
and Paddock Pools and Spas.

Molly
Hammant
Executive AssistantMolly has been with Paramount since December of 2006 and
oversees our annual Passport to Paradise trip and PACE conference. In
addition to a sundry of miscellaneous administrative items, she handles
various IT and Marketing duties. Molly has 20 years of Administrative
office experience, in addition to Workers Compensation Insurance,
Operations and Office Management, and was an Escrow Officer for a Real
Estate Title Company. |
